All orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be processed, before items are shipped. Delivery time within the UK is 3-5 working days and 6-10 working days on all international orders. Orders placed
before 3pm Monday-Friday are dispatched same day. Any order placed on Saturday and Sunday will be process on Monday as it is the next working day.
Please note, this does not include public holidays. All orders will be processed the
following working day.

You have a 30 day return/exchange policy and once the order exceeds that time frame, unfortunately we cannot exchange any items. This does not apply during sales. When items are discounted, they are final sale.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
